What is the return policy on DubaiCameras.com?
We really hope that you are happy with your purchase! If you should change your mind, and wish to return anything that you have bought from DubaiCameras, we'll be happy to refund or exchange a product provided that it is in fully re-saleable condition.
Returns should be made within 7 days of your purchase in original, undamaged packaging. In most cases original and undamaged packaging refers to the manufacturer's packaging that the product was delivered to you in. An item being returned should also be returned with any accessories, manuals and items that may have been bundled with the item.
If the product being returned is not in a fully re-saleable condition, or the packaging is damaged, manufacturer seal is opened, or accessories, manuals or bundled (Free) items may be missing, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount.

How will I be refunded for my purchase?
- Once your items have been returned to us and it has been inspected and approved by us (usually within 3-5 days of receipt), your refund will be processed within 1 week from the date of authorization. Please allow up to 10 working days before contacting us if you haven't received your refund. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after processing for the credited amount to show in your account.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
While DubaiCameras.com take great care to ensure that your products are packaged safely to protect items from transit damage, we do accept that damage may occur.
If you have received a broken item, then please contact DubaiCameras Customer Service as soon as possible and within 7 calendar days of delivery in order to be eligible for a replacement or refund.
What should I do if the wrong item was shipped to me?
If the item that you received is not as ordered, please call us or send us an email at email@example.com as soon as possible and within 7 calendar days of delivery so that we assist you with the return process.
Will my exchange or return request ever be denied?
- If the items returned are not in the original condition, we may refuse to honour an exchange or refund.
- Sometimes we are unable to exchange an item due to unavailability of the stock. In that case you will be refunded for the value of the item.
Who will pay the cost of shipping returns?
If you have received a wrong delivery or the item that you have received is not as pictured or described or in case you have received a damaged or faulty item, the return shipping will be of no charge for you.
If you are returning an item for any reason other than the above, then you will need to bear the cost of return shipping.
